2013 Florida Collegiate Disc Golf Championship

General Qualifier Event – Region 2 (Southeast)

Teams
Teams are comprised of 4 collegiate players (minimum of 3 players per team to compete). Entry fee is $80 per team. Each player will receive a players package which will include players’ choice of an Innova metal-flake disc and (2) stickers.

Format
Two rounds of 18 holes. Team score will combine the three lowest Singles rounds and the Team Doubles round.

Round One: Singles Play. Each team member will play 18-holes during the shotgun start format.

Round Two: Team Doubles. Teams will play 18-holes. Prior to the round each team will choose an even pair and odd pair. The odd pair will tee off on odd numbered holes, even pair will tee off on even numbered holes. After the appropriate pair tees off, the opposite pair will play the next shot, then alternate back to the first pair until each hole is completed. Friday 2/15 – 3pm Random Draw Doubles - $5 / person (open to the public)
Saturday 2/16 – Florida Collegiate Disc Golf Championships
8 – 9:00am – Team Check-In and Late Registration
9:30am – Players Meeting
10:00am – Round One
Follows Round One – Lunch (featured food truck!)
Follows Lunch – Round Two
Follows Round Two – Awards (Sun King Disc Sports vouchers!)

National Collegiate Disc Golf Championships
The team with the lowest Team Score will qualify for the big event at the Hippodrome Complex in North Augusta, SC taking place April 3-7, 2013.
